We had True Blue Pools redo our 30 year old pool and it turned out fabulous!! It’s a family owned business and everyone at the office was so helpful. We worked with Terry on the project; he has great communication skills, extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We had the pool & cool deck resurfaced, new tile installed and upgraded the pump. With the exception of a couple of rain days, crews always arrived on time and the project stayed on schedule. The final outcome exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend True Blue Pools!!!

Doug and his team did an excellent job on refurbishing our spa. Their work was done in a timely fashion and with great quality and attention to detail. Everything was done as promised.

This the second time we have had True Blue Pools resurface our pool. The first time lasted almost 20 years so we had them resurface our pool again recently. They worked around our crazy schedules and always showed up when they said they would. The pool looks better than new and we would use them again if needed.

Highly recommend! Terry was very attentive and responsive to the tasks and our needs. The subcontractors that were at the house were respectful and friendly. Our pool, new tile and cool deck look amazing.

This company is awesome. Over the last few years, I’ve watched people have their pools built that took over a year. Each one of them. From the moment I went into the office at true blue pools and signed my contract. He told me it would be 3 to 4 months, and he was exactly correct. The whole process was very fun to watch. Each contractor came in here and did their job very professionally and quickly! The customer service with this company is amazing as well. They communicated with me every step of the process. I am in love with my pool that just finished a few days ago! I would highly recommend this company to anybody that I know that is wanting to have a pool built.

We did a complete pool/ deck renovation and added a hot tub. Doug and his ( family) team were outstanding. Easy to work with, great results and true/ trusted professionals.

True Blue Pools was heaven sent!!! We sought proposals from many other pool companies for pool PebbleTec resurfacing and tile decking replacement and upgrades. They provided very competitive costs and shorter time for completion. They also made every deadline and completed the project as they promised. Doug went the extra mile to make sure we were 100% satisfied. True Blue Pools will remain very successful because they earn your trust and are master craftsman. We will use them again if the opportunity arises.

We had True Blue Pools build a new pool for us. We wanted a low maintenance pool with a full array of pop-ups and built-in chlorinator. We also wanted a waterfall, a large Baja pad and a pool deep enough to dive into. We are very satisfied with the build quality and have been thoroughly enjoying our pool all summer. We would definitely recommend True Blue to anyone planning to add a pool to their yard. 

Meant to write this review earlier. After getting some quotes from many folks on remodeling our pool and grill area, it was Terry and True Blue that always responded quickly to questions, and provided professional and honest information and so we decided to go with them. And so glad we did.. The team True Blue used was amazing.. Hard workers, communicative, and high quality from redoing the pebbletec (or pebblesheen) retiling, travertine and everything else needed. Would highly recommend.

I was skeptical of contracting out my pool remodel to someone I didn't know personally. Terry and his crew not only did an excellent job, they did everything they promised in a timely manner. Can't recommend them highly enough. Can I give more than 5 stars ?

True Blue Pools was amazing from start to finish. We received numerous estimates for our full pool remodel and heater addition. We felt the most comfortable with Terry’s professionalism.  Terry helped us pick out materials for our new water feature, our pebble tec finish, water line tile, new variable speed pump, new heater, and duracoat deck finish. Our pool project was finished on time and on budget in March of 2019 and we have been enjoying our ‘new’ pool for the past 6 months. Terry, we are late with this review but we want to express our sincere thanks for an incredible experience with your company. If you are planning on having a pool built I would highly recommend True Blue Pools. From the very first call to inquire to the completion of the build the were professional and very knowledgeable. Throughout the whole process they kept us informed via email and phone as to when each step was happening and what we could expect.

Terry is personable that makes him easy to work with and his experience in the business you cannot match. Our pool and backyard have turned into the outdoor oasis of our dreams. Doug listened to what we wanted and developed a perfect design for our outdoor space. The process of the build was done within the parameters of the contract, but seemed to drag on longer than I expected. Be prepared to have patience and then enjoy the final outcome.

Terry helps us with our many decisions for material, water feature, plus the new pump and heater equipment. I interviewed four companies for my pool re plaster. I chose True Blue based on three factors. Competitive price (not the lowest), the amount of time in the industry and references. They did an outstanding job. things were done on schedule. I will also note. I had a minor issue six months after the project was done. I contacted
True Blue and they were quick to respond and take care of this issue. I choose companies I can have a relationship with long term. I will be back to True Blue, if
and when, I need pool work done again.

Over the years, I've developed a healthy skepticism for contractors. True Blue Pools were good with their word 100% of the time. They were excellent communicators. I never had to wonder what was going on, and they honored every commitment until the job was done. The pool and spa resurface they did looks fabulous. They were knowledgeable and had recommendations based on their experience that helped me settle in on options for the job that would be long lasting, beautiful, and economical. They are a family owned business and are my go to pool contractor for life. I happily recommend them to anyone for pool and spa work.

Here I am again. We started the process of building a new pool with Terry in June. It has by far been the most pleasurable experience I’ve ever had with a contractor hands down. I gave Terry a dead line date for completion and he met it. He’s on top of everything. Very communicative. Extremely fairly priced.
