True Blue built our pool in 1998. Doug was hands on though out the construction. He recommended the best equipment. We had a Sta- Rite Modular 3 Media Filter installed during construction. We have not replaced this filter in all these years and this continues do the job. The pump runs for about 2 hours per day. We also had 2 Chinese Elm trees for a number of years over the pool. These trees are messy. We strongly recommend Doug and Terry to handle your pool needs.
Thank you Doug for recommending we go with the Reflecto base for our pool deck surface. It is much cooler than our original cool deck and looks great! It was 111 degrees yesterday with the sun blazing down on the deck and it was still comfortable to walk on barefooted. Well worth the money!! Please feel free to use us as a reference for anyone who may be undecided when choosing this cool deck option.

We used True Blue Pools to build a new pool and from the outset Terry helped guide us with our decision making and choices. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. The construction took place while we were at home in Canada and we were kept up to date with pictures and emails during the entire process. We made some changes to the shape and size of the pool during the construction and Terry was very accommodating with the changes we made. When we arrived from Canada and the pool was completed, Terry made a trip to our house to do an orientation of the pool and equipment. We are extremely happy with the end product and the pool has been running perfectly since completion. It was a pleasure doing business with Terry and his crew and they exceeded our expectations. When I bought my house, it came with a beautiful in ground pool and waterfall that True Blue Pools had built. I needed some maintenance work done and they did an excellent job of thoroughly cleaning up my algae problem and fixing my trim tiles. Their workmanship was excellent and I am very satisfied with their prices and integrity.
Terry and his guys came out and made my old beaten down plaster pool into a great place to swim and play. They were efficient and always very nice to the whole family. No issues with pricing even when I added things on in the middle of the job. They showed up when they said they would and were there when promised. I had an issue with one section of the cool deck and Terry had it fixed within two days.
True Blue Pools remodeled our 20 year old pool, spa and deck. This family owned business really impressed us. Everybody was very friendly and professional. We had three estimates, all three companies had good reviews and good records. We had a good feeling about Terry and felt he was a straight shooter. Terry and the folks at his office kept us informed every step of the way during the three week process. We feel that we not only have a new pool but a new backyard as well. We really love it and wish we would have done it a couple of years earlier. In the end we felt we got a very good deal.
